Exhibitions for the London Design Festival
The Helen Hamlyn Centre staged three exhibitions at the Royal College of Art in September as part of the RCAs contribution to the 2010 London Design Festival:

• The Lives of Others: Industry-funded projects in people-centred design from the Helen Hamlyn Research Associates 2010 at the RCA. Organised by the Helen Hamlyn Centre. Designed by Gero Grundmann of Studio Bec.
• Redesigning the Ambulance: Work in progress from a project to redesign the interior of the Accident & Emergency (A&E) ambulance. A collaboration between RCA Vehicle Design and the Helen Hamlyn Centre, supported by NHS London.
• White Feast: BlackBerry for Body and Mind. Collaborative project exploring links between fashion and technology. Curated by Clara Gaggero of the Helen Hamlyn Centre, this features work by students from four RCA departments. 

Research Symposium
A symposium featuring presentations by the Helen Hamlyn Research Associates 2010 took place on Tuesday 28 September.
